Welcome to Kealoha Living
Kealoha Living is a celebration of creativity, beauty, and the joy of making.
Rooted in my deep love for watercolor painting and the natural world, each piece begins in my studio — where moments from my garden, the Hawaiian landscape, and quiet daily life are transformed into art. From vibrant botanical watercolors to hand-carved stamps and limited-edition prints, everything is created with care and intention.
Growing up, I witnessed talented people I loved dim their light and hold back their gifts. That quiet observation became the heart of this brand: a commitment to keep creating, to honor beauty in everyday life, and to inspire others to live more creatively and courageously.
This is more than a catalog. It is a space for those who seek beauty with meaning — art that connects you to nature, to Hawaiʻi, and to the joy of living fully expressed.
If you had told my 13-year-old self that one day I would be an artist living in Hawai'i, I would have laughed and went back to my doodling. I truly believed it could never happen. And yet… here I am.
I grew up in Iran, where my love for art began at a very young age. I got a BA in Architecture because it felt like the closest "practical" path to creativity—one that was more likely to lead to success than becoming an artist. But the reality was tough. In Iran, there isn't much space for creativity and in the corporate world, I was stuck doing the same mundane tasks every day. Dreaming bigger truly felt impossible. It was a survival mentality, not one of thriving. For years I lived under that weight of repression without fully realizing it, always trying to be "practical." But lets say, my soul wasn't having it.
In search of freedom, I moved to the United States and eventually found Hawai'i. The moment I arrived, the vibrant nature, the mana, the Aloha spirit, and the incredible plants wrapped around me like a home I had always been missing. I went to UH Manoa to earn my Master's in Landscape Architecture, and that's when my love for plants, Hawaiian history, and culture grew even deeper. I became fascinated by how so many plants in Hawai'i carry rich stories, traditional uses, and medicinal wisdom.
That passion led me to express my feelings through Hawaiian plants and to promote Hawaiian culture through my art.
I created Kealoha Living to express my love for painting and Hawaiian culture and landscape through fine art and handmade pieces. Kealoha means "the loved one" or simply "love" in Hawaiian — and that's exactly what I want my art to feel like: a warm hug, a deep breath, and a gentle reminder that beauty is all around us.
This is my little corner of joy. whether you're here to buy something or check it out, I'm truly grateful.
